How to reach us

If you find an error, outdated information or a gap in any of our guides — or if you would like a guide on a service we have not covered yet — write to us:

Email: contact@edistrictupseva.com

Please mention the name or link of the page you are writing about, so we can check it quickly. We read every suggestion, and where a correction is valid, we update the guide. We usually reply within 2–3 working days.

We can only help with matters related to our guides — explaining a process, correcting a page, or taking a topic suggestion.

What we cannot do

eDistrict UP Seva is an information guide, not a government office. That means we cannot check the status of your application, issue a certificate, or access your eSathi account in any way. For anything related to an actual application, please use the official channels listed below.

Please note: we never ask for your login ID, password, OTP or Aadhaar number. Anyone who asks you for these — on any website or call — should be treated as suspicious. Do not share them, and report the incident to the official helpline.
